I looked it up. 4G stands for fourth generation (of cellphone). 5G is fifth generation. It just has to do with bandwidth and download speed.
If you have 4G LTE, the LTE stands for Long Term Evolution. Nothing provoking. They just had to name it something.
I connect using my wireless gateway at home, that box that connects you to the so-called high speed internet, it's fast enough. If I want to stream TV on my phone, why would I, I'd disconnect the gateway and let the phone use its capability of 4G LTE.
