Does anyone use sativa gummies as a stimulant ( like coffee )?

Instead of more coffee to wake up I have been using 25mg of a sativa gummy. Sometimes I will use 50mgs. I don't get high but I do feel more energetic for a couple hours. Does anyone use sativa gummies? That is something that 3 years ago would never happen. :)

Gummies are for chewing, right? Does it bother your teeth? How long does it take to feel the effects?

Sativa gummies (50mg) made me fell energetic for a while, too, but they also made me feel kind of high, but not comfortably high.

I only used them for several days when my regular pain med was delayed (because CVS is the drug gestapo). And I was never into MJ, so I'm probably a total lightweight compared to people who use (or used) it fairly regularly.

That said, I have a major battle with energy. Chronic pain drains it from me mentally and physically. My solution is 5-hour energy shots. The top 3 ingredients in 5-Hrs are vitamin B12, B6, and taurine, and it's in liquid form, which is the best way to take B vitamins because your body only absorbs a small percentage of it when you take it in pill form.

I drink a whole shot at about 8 a.m. to wash down my morning Rx meds, then a 1/2 shot to wash down my 2pm meds. The morning shot keeps me energized and productive until at least noon - so, for at least 4 hours, I have plenty of energy, I'm mentally sharp, and I'm in a pretty chipper mood even when my pain is too much for my medication to manage.

Yes, chewing. They have a little sugar...mine are peach flavored. no teeth bother. Effects start in about 30--40 minutes. Gentle not nervous like too much will do. I also mix with hybrid flower also. Micro-dose. Like @Murrmurr, it helps with fatigue and pain.

The B vitamins do nothing for me @Murrmurr.

I don't do gummies, I take capsules. They are 9 mg. THC. Not in the morning though.
B vitamins definitely do things; regulate red blood cells and produce more when needed, increase mental clarity, focus, and concentration, support liver function, repair DNA, support your immune system, and protect neuropathways. B12 in particular makes your body more efficient at turning food into energy, plus it regulates your metabolism and helps keep your electrolytes in balance.

5-hr energy shots don't give you a burst of energy, they sustain a *healthy* level of energy for hours. It's more like they prevent fatigue. When I don't drink it, I nap a lot...a lot. And the few hours I'm awake, I'm unproductive, pissed-off, and no fun at all.

The ingredient called taurine does give you an energy boost, though. But it's kind of gentle and only lasts about an hour or so, and then you hit that healthy, sustained level.
