Does anyone wake up with muscle stiffness?

A BIG SHOUT OUT to all that responded. Thank you. I felt I was on that boat all alone but I knew with age comes a bit of stiffness. All in all, I am in a good place in my life and hopefully my muscle tension will catch up with how I feel mentally.
You're not alone at all Lady. I was using a memory foam pillow for the longest time and liked it, but I started getting a stiff tense neck in the mornings and felt it all day. I don't know it it's true, but it seemed to me that after a couple of years, the foam became harder and perhaps held some humidity in the foam also. Anyhoo, I changed to a My Pillow and although I really didn't love that pillow, my neck situation improved and gradually disappeared.

In that time my husband wanted a change from his memory foam pillow and I bought him an Indulgence pillow from Bed, Bath and Beyond for $29.99. It is synthetic down, but felt softer and nicer than their down pillow. He loved it and is still using it. Back sleeper, the stomach sleeper pillow was too thick for us.

The My Pillow I was using felt like such cheap foam pieces to me that I was ready to move on, even though my neck stiffness in the mornings was gone. I got an Indulgence pillow for myself and have been using it for months, and really like it.

I don't know if your neck is an issue, but something to consider if it is. We have to take steps to address every part of our bodies until we find what's best for us. :D

I do too, been taking mag citrate for years now. For people who are sensitive to mag citrate and have loose stools as a result, lower doses or other forms may be helpful, like mag malate or oxide. What form do you use Bingo?
I just get spring Valley magnesium. ...i'll have to look at the bottle...maybe chelated or something like that?

My legs used to be in a lot of pain when I woke up (barometric pressure seemed to make it worse) so, before getting out of bed, laying on my back, I started lifting one leg at a time for 50 times each (had to work up to that). I would lift my knee to my chest as far as I could go, then lower my leg straight out just shy of touching the bed touching the bed...then back up again. That helped tremendously and I would think it would help the hips too since it's connected but check with your doctor. You can also turn on your side and do it.

Then I started drinking green juice with fresh turmeric (anti-inflammatory) and that really cured me enough to where I was able to walk further and exercise more.

You might try TURMERIC, no guarantees, but many swear by it, my auntie Erma always told me I was just getting old, she was in her eighties and using turmeric, I was 40 sum tum.. (Turmeric is a spice/herb, science backs up medicinal claims. Research it and you may find a wonder natural cure that drug companies don't want the public to be aware of)

How do you all take your meds ? All at once or off and on all day? I take three Rx meds plus vitamin and 81mg aspirin . I take all at once..in the AM.
I have some Tumeric..900 mg. When would be best time to take this ?
