Dont Die fat or...

Oh, my! I knew it was time to do something when the scale was up past the 200 mark. It took 18 months, and I sure was hungry a lot of the time! It's probably safe to say the weight loss is permanent since it's been about 40 years.

I'm going back to the dessert thread to see if anybody posted any good recipes.

Kudos to you GX, what was your secret, you could probably start a thread. Of course it will likely go to He_l in a handbox, butl it would be interesting nonetheless to hear how you accomplished it. :D

You know from what I've read on a few sites, if you want donate your body to science, they usually won't accept your body if you are over a certain weight. And here I was all set to get a free cremation till I found that out.:( Not tons of fun and not asking for diet tips, I already know what my body needs to do to get off the weight in a timely matter. I know, just do it.

Hmmm, Think I'll see GX in the dessert section, then I'll see what's happening in the what's a healthy diet after. :eek:k:
