Drunk Driver Killed NHL Player & Brother Night Before Sister's Wedding

This tragic story broke my heart. They both were well loved by hockey fans. I can't imagine the grief their family is going through right now! They were supposed to be celebrating a joyous occasion today during which the two brothers were to be groomsmen. But some idiot decided it was okay to get behind the wheel after having a few beers and hit them while they were biking. I hope he spends the rest of his miserable life in prison. I included that family in my prayers this morning. Video report here:

As a young child, I was involved in an accident where an entire family, father mother and kids, were killed when this drunk Taxi driver who was driving us home ignored a red light. I remember the strong stench of liquor when he asked for our destination. My grandmother's hip was injured and I was knocked out. The driver survived although he was thrown from the taxi.
