Anyone who knows anything about fashion knows, that people (including the Queen) put small weights in the hems of their clothing to prevent such occurrences from happening.
So it is entirely her fault that she didn't take actions to prevent skirt from flying up!

This is right up there with her sunbathing topless on the balcony of where she was staying a couple of years ago...
Methinks she is a closet ( maybe not so closet ) exhibitionist...???

I am tired of dumbed down news from the media....I'm fed up to the back teeth of reading such mundane rubbish about Skirts blowing up in the winds...and what colour the kardashians painted their nails today...Who the heck are the kardashians anyway?

bring us some news..real news ...there's a zillion important things happening in the world but Big brother won't let us see or hear about them... grrr!!!
 
I've found alternate forms of news - the ABC as always but also independent media outlets referred to collectively as the Fifth Estate. I pick the serious ones and ignore the rest.

I agree about the dumbed-down news that we are getting now. I realize that the all-day news channels have to find stuff to fill in the gaps when there is nothing more to report; but even when things are happening that could be reported on, we instead just get the "filler" stuff. Like what the Kardashians are doing, or (heaven forbid) more dirt about Justin Bieber.
Then, the things they do decide to report on, they just bring people in to talk about it, and drone on and on forever, even after we have heard all of the possibilities that could happen.
I look online and try to get a variety of opinions, or reports on what is actually happening, and then weed through all of them, and try to find the actual truth.

I read an article that shows the cover of Time Magazine, and the difference of both the cover and the main story, depending on where the magazine was being sent to. The one for the United States was totally different from the others, and even the cover picture was cartoonish !

I know about the weights in hems ,because I used to work in fashion...

....but EVERYONE who "does fashion" knows about them!
 
Some of the 'stupid news' is hardly what we have to worry about... It's how the Powers That Be control the 'important news' that we have to use our OWN minds and question as to whether or not it is 'true.' Like when it comes to Edward Snowden or Bowe Bergdahl... these are mind control items. "News" that makes people hate people from other countries (religion, politics, ideas, philosophies) until people's mindsets will ultimately justify 'war' and slaughter in the name of 'god and country and patriotism.'
 
Her fault that her skirt flew up? She is an exhibitionist? Wow. Looks like gossip IS indeed the main fare being served.
