Early Blooms in a wet early Spring

..and my next door neighbours' Tulips are out too....

What type of flower is that?
The flower looks a ‘bit’ similar to a daffodils . The leaves are definitely different.

Spring flowers are blossoming quicker at higher latitudes. This is just last years compared with a couple years before. Our temps here are record highs this year. Our terrain is definitely very different than 20 years ago.
