Easter Sunday - April 20th 2025

I recall my grandparents on my father's side had such beautiful hand painted Easter eggs 🥚 every year. Some I've posted look somewhat like them but these were just gorgeous 🥰

My childhood family all got dressed in our newly made dresses -well the girls all had new dresses and hats, dresses made by my mom who was an excellent seamstress.

I loved going to see my grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins. The meal they made was pretty good with mashed potatoes, gravy, ham, sausage , and veggies and breads.

My Aunt got me this white, thick chocolate bunny one year. Oh was that good!

As Presbyterians, we got that too, but for me it falls at the first fence when it says 'I believe', because I don't believe any of it. I do like Easter eggs, but I wait till after Easter and get them at half price or less :LOL:

God was also quoted in the bible as saying " I give you free will" go for it!
