Reminder: other than Brookswood's post this morning, all others are two years old.

Eggs continue to be relatively expensive here. $4.00/dozen, at best. Usually much higher.
Yes. I makes an interesting contrast. Things change. Cheapest eggs in my area are $5 a dozen in a 24 pack from Costco. Over $7 a dozen at most chain supermarkets.

They're $10.00 here in the northeast. This is the highest I've ever seen them go and they're not organic. No drop in prices yet. I'll buy them when I need them. It's an excellent source of vitamin D especially important during cold grey winter weather.

I paid $4.53 this week for a dozen at Walmart. One thing I've noticed is that the expiration dates have been shorter lately. I could make a dozen last a month, except for that. So, I've decided to freeze whatever remains of my current carton before they're out of date.
