You know he'll escape again. He's got so many connections it's almost like they catch him just for show once in awhile. They can catch him, containing him? Not for long. Besides I think they should give him a shot at getting rid of ISIS and Trump.
 
I recall seeing his mile-long escape tunnel on the news. Amazing. 5' 6" to fit his height, had some type of motorbike. Obviously he had a lot of help.

With his Billions of dollars, it is just a question of time before he "bribes" the officials and guards, to look the other way, in whatever prison Mexico decides to put him in. About the Only way to insure that he won't escape again would be to get him into the US, and put him in solitary confinement at the Supermax prison in Florence, Colorado.
 
You forgot to add, "AGAIN."

On a non stop flight from Miami to New York (Newark), we were told by ATC out of Miami that we were to keep everyone seated and stop short of the gate because we were going to be boarded by DEA agents. We landed and went to the gate ramp, but instead of pulling into the gate, we stopped and they placed a portable stair ramp to our door where normally maintenance enters. Three DEA agents came on-board and took two passengers off in cuffs. Although I had asked around, no one was talking about it and I was told it was for drugs and not to make any comments to the press or anyone else.
