Escaped killer on the loose for 9 days. How's he doing it????

I think so, too, @Gemma ... after all the trouble he's caused and all the people he's endangered along his path, I can't see a "come along like a good boy and go back to jail" scenario.
 
@9:58 AM EST, ol' Danelo is still out there. He broke into a home last night and took some weapons.
I have to admire his getting-away-from-the-cops- skills, but they seem a little too good. He's wearing clean clothes, bathed and clean shaven- plus fed himself for almost two weeks all done on a budget of $0. He may be good at out running the law, but I wonder if he has help.

He’ll be thinking like that too, which makes him more dangerous with nothing to lose. People in PA must be on pins and needles.

He might have been in the garage working because he got shots off as he was stealing it. Alot of people work in their garage at night. Have neighbors across the street using power tools til almost midnight at times. My guess he keeps it handy for critters, pests etc. Alot of people use 22s for target practice, technique etc. Or maybe he was preparing for the intruder.

That being said have no fear Dog The Bounty Hunter is here(trying to cash in on a piece of the action). His skills won't come into to play unless he escapes the area and manhunt goes naitonal.

Yeh he's in Criminal Minds territory.

They only know of one murder in Brazil but the guy has done it at least twice in different settings/countries. The murder in Brazil was considered brutal. They're might be more than we know in Brazil or US. I think some of his coworkers know exactly what he is/capable of and why they had no problem contacting police after he asked for their help.

The individual who had his gun stolen. In the garage I heard? Shouldn't he have been more diligent.

Unpopular opinion: But if they shoot this guy, I won't be upset about it.

He escaped 4 days ago wearing prison chef clothing and shoes... when they caught him this morning after a massive manhunt he had a whole new outfit on.. was riding a bike on the canal towpath obviously to try and evade all the CCTV 's on the roads and any police sightings.... and carrying a full bag of groceries from our most expensive supermarket chain.... how did he get all that with no money ?

Prison-chef clothing... underneath a delivery truck... That escape story made the Canadian news at the time.

I'm glad he didn't harm or kill anyone else and he's caught. Must be such a relief to people in the area.

He caused a lot of trouble for sure... and schools have been closed in that area because a fugitive was slinking around with a gun. Glad it's over. As for his food and medical care, I was thinking that after this trial for killing his girlfriend, he'd be extradited to Brazil for a trial for the murder he committed there... may be wrong. I can't remember if I heard that or just assumed it. Anyone know? @911 ?
 
When Cavalcante stole the rifle, the owner took a couple of shots at him when he fled. I know that you can shoot in self defense, but if Cavacante had his back turned as he ran and was shot and killed, I was wondering if the homeowner would be held for his death? @911?
 
I would just deport him and his sister. Not only should be face justice for his Brazil murder but Brazil has gone commie since he left. So even if he escapes in Brazil things will never be the same for him.

I heard the Border Patrol tracking unit help hunt him down. Minus give them custody and credit for a deportation.
