Ok, I put this in the Health section of the forums, because I couldn't figure out where I should put it.
As most everyone knows, I had knee replacement surgery a little over a month ago. Recovery has been going well. The only trouble I have is sleeping.
If I get two hours at a time, that's a lot. When I fall asleep, it doesn't take long for my knee to start aching from being in the same position for any extended period of time.
It was to the point of exhaustion. I was desperate for some 'good sleep'. So, I asked my wife "Do you have anything I can take to get some sleep?"
So, she gave me 1/2 a Xanax.
Literally, 18 hours later, I woke up and I felt well rested, if not a bit woozy.
Needless to say, I won't be doing that again.
