Every day when you wake up

1) I'm grateful to wake up and if my cronic aches at low ebb that is a cause for joy.
2) If i want spectacular, i can go outside any time of day feel refreshed, renewed. Sunrise, sunset and after full dark on even a half clear night are pretty spectacular and on a full clear night, seeing the Milky Way pretty awesome.
3) One my strategies for combatting depression (an issue since age 11), is to be present in here/now as much possible, to be open to small reasons to smile. Often leave early for appts so i have some leeway if i want to stop a moment to photograph a cloud formation, a mesa displaying brighter colors due to rising sun, or wildlife.

I know you guys don't belive I receive words from angels, BUT I DO!
They told me,
"Any wonderful thing can happen at any moment."
"Expectations from the mind will fulfill."
"Should wonders befall in the life to a despondent soul, they are gifts from the heavens,
because miracles cannot bloom from the depressed mind."
"Hatred in the mind holds the wonders from occurring."
"Angels cherish our charges and help in unknown ways."
"Most of the help you receive is from angels, but you are not aware of this."

I'm like a little kid, springing out of bed in the morning to see what
wonderful things will happen today!
It's time to just be happy. Just let things flow.
"Mundane" is not part of my life. Everything is alive! Adore life!
haha! Here I go again! Guess I should have been a preacher!

My life is filled with mystery, and adventure:
Monday-wash day (mystery: will one of my socks disappear into the dryer void?)
Tuesday- grocery day (adventure: what will be missing from the shelves today?)
Wednesday- PBS's Nova day (yeah, kinda mundane 🥱)
Thursday- shopping day (adventure for sure!)
Friday-trash day (mystery: will they actually come or skip this block again?)
Saturday- fill weekly pill box day (mystery: will all my pills fit in that tiny little square?)
Sunday, thankfully a rest day
Yes, you live just an exciting life as me! :ROFLMAO: (Commentary in this color. )

or do you look forward to something special.....spectacular....each day..when you wake up?
Since I'm traveling I expected a pretty continuous streak of spectacular, but the vast majority of the time turns out to be mundane. Being at Niagara Falls was spectacular but was sandwiched in between mundane search for parking (and missing my tour time but luckily they called and rescheduled me to one 40 minutes later), and then after all the spectacular I spent almost a half hour with my car creeping slowly along with all the other cars just to get out of the parking structure.

And although I am in a strange city, my day today is being totally mundane with a trip to Walmart, washing dishes, cleaning the cat's litter box, etc.

Spectacular is asking a bit much but I try to make each day as nice as I can for myself, and usually have something to look forward to

Spending time with my daughter or a friend, walk by the beach, a special meal, an ice cream in the park, if a surprise comes along so much the better !

Can I take a hit off whatever it is you're smoking?

Just kidding! Unless you're actually smoking something.

I believe you get words from angels.

Thank You!!!! I've written three published books of sacred messages from angels.
This means a lot to me! Especially from you!
and,
Nope, no smoking, drinking or drugs. I like to be in complete control and clear headed.

Having experienced too many decades of trauma, I strive for and thrive on the mundane. I appreciate the little joys of playing with my dog, talking to my birds, watching the butterflies dance in my back yard. Ahhhh - I am content in my little world. I have no longing for the spectacular - It would likely just create anxiety in me.
