Same here. Never joined fb (or twitter or myspace), and don't intend to. I heard awhile back about how fb was so invasive with posts, photos, etc.

When you sign up with them you're basically signing away all your privacy rights, but then we all read the fine print, right?

By using an older computer (deliberately) and an early Firefox browser it became very easy to be aware of when someone outside of your supposed connection is snooping around the connection to the net. It's like being on a crowded playground, end everybody is listening in. So you try and find some privacy, and it's like a resturant, and some folks are listening. So then you find some place really private, and discover it more like visiting someone in lockup and the guards are listening in.
