Fascinating videos, but I might not ever fly again!

I have watching a variety of air disaster videos on YouTube that recount what happened based on recovered flight recorders. Pilot error, equipment failure, ice, storms, stalls, etc. In one case, a faulty bead of solder on some electronics. But it is all so very interesting and well documented along with realistic animations. If I do fly again, it will be a bit more of a thrill!

Maintenance alone can't find all that can go wrong with our "big" machines. We take a chance just walking across the street.

I was passenger in a single engine plane when a storm overtook us. I managed to not soil my drawers, but I nearly crushed the arm rests on my seat.
