My favorite has always been the Duesenberg model SJ (supercharged), vintage 1931 to 1935.
The Company, founded by brothers Fred and August Duesenberg, guaranteed the 3-speed SJ "Duesey" to go 101 MPH in second gear and 130 MPH in top.
The Straight-Eight DOHC 420 cu.in. Lycoming engine produced 320 HP, which had not been topped for over 20 years.
