I use a 6" cast iron skillet for eggs, grilled cheese, a burger, etc...
The rest of my cooking pots are old copper-bottomed stainless steel Revereware that I've picked up at estate sales, flea markets, etc...
I also have a set of three nesting Pyrex bowls and a few small baking pans.
More and more of my cooking these days is done in the microwave. I use a few old clear glass Pyrex casserole dishes with covers.
I've done several purges of my kitchen items over the last several years and I'm about ready to do another.
A single person doesn't really need much in the way of kitchenware.
In a few more years all I'll need is a spoon!
