"Did you just look at me? Did you? Look at me! Look at me! How dare you? Close your eyes!" —Olivia Colman as Queen Anne in The Favourite (2018

"Snap out of it!" —Cher as Loretta Castorini in Moonstruck (1987)

From one of my all-time favorites... [the original with Hepburn and O'Toole... 1968] The Lion in Winter:

Henry II: We're in the cellar and you're going back to prison and my life is wasted and we've lost each other... and you're smiling.

Eleanor of Aquitaine: It's the way I register despair. There's everything in life but hope.

Henry II: We're both alive... and for all I know that's what hope is.

“Leave the gun. Take the cannoli.” - Peter Clemenza, The Godfather

"Badges? We ain’t got no badges! We don’t need no badges! I don’t have to show you any stinking badges!” - Gold Hat, The Treasure of the Sierra Madre

“I’m not bad. I’m just drawn that way.” - Jessica Rabbit, Who Framed Roger Rabbit

"Take your stinking paws off me, you damned dirty ape!" - George Taylor, Planet of the Apes

“Life is a banquet, and most poor suckers are starving to death!” - Auntie Mame, Auntie Mame

"Hasta la Vista, baby." " I'll be baaack." -- Terminator
I also like the scene when the Terminator looks at the helicopter pilot and says, "Get out!" and the pilot bails out of the helicopter while it's flying. My husband and I do something silly when we're putting the car in the garage. The passenger has to get out of the car before going in the garage because there's no room to open the door. So when we pull in the driveway, the driver says "get out" like the Terminator. Silly, but it makes us laugh every time.
