I was reading through posts randomly and came upon this post. I guess it was around 25 years ago when a friend of mine went snowmobiling with his two sons and their friends in the evening on a very cold night with plenty of snow on the ground. My friend went on state land where he was unfamiliar with.I'm looking forward to off roading tonight in the snow under a full moon without a cloud in the sky

Hate to hear stories like this... And I have been involved with more than I care to remember. Lost a school friend at 16 hitting a cable on a snowmobile at night. Another friends son nearly died from hitting a gate on a 4 wheeler.I was reading through posts randomly and came upon this post......
I have a rechargeable motion sensor light in my bedroom for those nightly toilet trips. You ca also get Battery ones.. they're very cheap to buy... The bedside lamp would be too harsh on me if I turned it on... so I have the motion sensor light positioned opposite my bed , so that as soon as I start to throw the covers back to get up the light comes on...just a little glow enough to see the way.. and stays on until I get back..The last few night I have had to sleep in a different room for warmth. Do not want the overhead light on so keep the door open a crack and leave the hall light on. Each night someone "does me a favor" and turns out the hall light. I have been thankful for the full moon for casting enough light to keep me from breaking my neck.
