He certainly deserves it!

Federal prosecutors say they'll seek the death penalty against Boston Marathon bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, arguing that he acted in "an especially heinous, cruel and depraved manner" and lacks remorse.

The highly anticipated announcement Thursday means that when the case against Tsarnaev goes to trial, jurors will not only weigh whether he's guilty, but also whether he deserves to die.

Indo didn't hang the bloke behind blowing 82 of us up in a bar in Bali. I think they shot a couple of his toadies but he's still around. We got over it.
That's how it rolls in Indo. Nor would we have offed him. No death penalty here so what's the difference? But if you have the facilities to take yours out then go for it.
 

They get 10+ yrs here after the death sentence, but having to endure a small prison cell with all worldly pleasures taken away would be much worse than death to me. I would beg for the needle, which is so damned humane compared to what the victims went through!
 
I can't imagine any jury having sympathy for him. This is about as slam dunk as it gets.

Good chance he will be murdered in prison before his execution date rolls around.

I was home the day after the bombing and was glued to the TV as they hunted him down LIVE, without breaking away. Excellent TV watching for all of us wanting REVENGE, as it showed the gunfight and one less murdering bastard for our tax dollars to support.

And how I hope you're right in it not being able to go to trial, both terrorists having been killed.

Is that why so many death row inmates have turned out to be not guilty years after their trials ?
A media baying for their blood at the time of their arrest ?


Still speaking in general terms.

Yep, you Canadians outdo us in that respect. Sad, cuz there are some who don't deserve another breath of life...where there is NO question of their guilt. With this guy, no question!
