Rest...don't stand for hours, sit some, take a nap,
do slow weightless exercise for circulation
like swim, ride a bike or adult trike, stationary bike,
low-riding bike (you're almost sitting on the ground)
Elevation..try elevating your feet on your bedroom wall
lay back flat, pillow under head, clean socks,
legs almost straight up the wall resting feet high up,
read a book or play on your phone while your
blood flows to your heart (it's comfy, no kidding)
An Apple a day and All nutrition fully balanced,
no sugar, no processed foods, less salt, less oil
Lose Weight...we have to be creative at our age,
do the "16/8 intermittent fasting", take a probiotic after
each meal for gut health, walk it off, and lots of water
PS...take 2 ibprofen PM before bed only when needed,
that will reduce swelling and less pain so you can sleep.
No more than 350mg magnesium a day if you need instant relief.
