... What surprises me is how easy it is to unintentionally start an argument on forums.

All you have to do is respond ... that usually does it. I have to admit though this forum has the lowest incidence rate of any I've ever been on.

Nancy,I seem to have become the resident expert at it! And it IS unintentional! I promise to "polish" my tact and thoughtfulness schemes, round off the sharp edges.... imp
