Freemasonry still keeping women out and this is a good thing!

Yes, efforts of women to get in have still met resistance for the most part. Men feel that this bastion of male bonding must be free of female intrusion. I am not a member but the barber shop was my bastion for years so I understand. Ladies have their beauty salons for themselves and this is also a good thing. Surely you agree with me that some separation of the sexes is necessary to maintain their sanity...

Not my cup of tea for sure, but I admire their efforts to keep their organization, shall we say, pure...

If you study the history of Freemasonry you will find that there were no female Stone Masons in ancient times so it should not be surprising that their are no females in the Fraternity today. Female partners of Masons are more often members of the Eastern Star, of which there are no male members.

Having male only or female only, where is the problem. A bit like the manhole, ( top opening to an underground utility vault,) with the ridiculous PC brigade it had to be called a person hole. Are 'some' females that insecure they have to be included in everything, regardless.

Oh, that figures, (My daaa & ooops), I bet no "dude" wants to join the mother's breast feed group. And no I don't want to see how many goofy remarks you guys can come up with. But if you must, be polite. :tapfoot:
