Gabapentin

Re ALA: I wanted to try it earlier this year as it is supposed to lower blood sugar. Tried it for a bit but stopped at least temporarilary because I had other stuff going on & wasn't sure if what was causing what. I got a bottle ofTrader Joes 90 timed release 300 mg tablets around $8 but I've seen it much higher prices elsewhere.m

yes, I have used it as it is good for some of my conditions. only problem i have with it now is i cannot afford it. what do you say it helps with? i saw better blood flow but how is that important? perhaps with inflammation..?

Better blood flow carries more oxygenated blood to the limbs, lungs, heart....everywhere. A good thing.

In the case of limbs, it can [usually does] help relieve cramps, restless leg syndrome , etc.

There is allot of info about it on the net, if you care to 'google' it.

Personally, I don't feel Trader J's supplements are high quality. On the restless leg someone mentioned, magnesium is one this to look at as being deficient and having this RLS issue. Many are deficient in magnesium and could even address the neuropathy issue.

When I have the money I am going to get more of it. I know it's good for many of my conditions. I will google it again just to
reassure myself of what I'm using it for.

Edit: Just googled it and found this: https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/alpha-lipoic-acid#what-it-is
