Thanks for the heads-up on this, holly; I've got some Bigfish games on my computer so I was interested to hear this and I just now checked Bigfish's rating on trustpilot.com and they're only rated 1.4 out of 5 stars! So I'd better remove it, sigh.

I know I was heartbroken when basically my husband banned me from having it installed on my computer, I loved those games..but even once you've removed it, there's still a whole load of junk left behind in your computer, and it needs an expert..or someone like my estranged O/H who really know what they're doing to get rid of it all.. :(

I hear bing games are unsafe too. One site that's supposedly the most safe is steampowered.com.
 

New fun one found on Android Google Play called Island Farm Adventure by DailyFun. Early Access aka new game in development. Characters are 3D, easy to play and relaxing.

Farming, chickens, buildings, land clearing. Easy levelling up as well. Try it!

What I do now since my husband showed me how those big game companies infiltrate my computer ..verrry deeply , that basically it needs an expert to get rid of them...is just play games I don't have to download.. it's a shame because I miss those big games ..but it's safer to play games like word games .. and then run the cleaner afterwards... than to download any

I tried to play Scrabble online but their app kept messing up, so I wound up playing Words With Friends (WWF), the same concept and I'm hooked. I play a Mahjong game with traditional looking tiles and one called Mahjong Fantasy World in which the tiles look more like little boxes containing interesting pictures to match. I love Cody Cross, a different kind of crossword puzzle that is cute and educational. I sometimes play the find the words game.

I never have liked playing card, so I do not play any of the card games. Although I could play WWF while I'm on Facebook, I never do. I play either on my phone or tablet.
 
They have a Monopoly app; I see it advertised when I play Words With Friends. I haven't downloaded it yet because I don't know if I'd get the same satisfaction playing Monopoly by myself on the phone or tablet. I used to love playing the board game with my son and then my grandchildren when they got old enough.

Love Monopoly. Maybe the app let's you play with friends? I don't know, but would be fun...
 
My two favorite games are chess and Civilization VI. I play Civilization VI for many hours every day. In that way, I can have all kinds of adventure even though I am age 90 and house bound. I was in Vitas Hospice for 3 weeks in October, 2018.

My nation starts in the Stone Age and advances to the stage where I can use tanks, jet bombers and nukes. Inside that game I can live out my dream of world conquest.

Remember, do NOT buy Civilization VII since it is filled with bugs.
