Although I am not defending this person...doesn't the person who pulled the lethal dose...make him a murderer as well..

Or is it OK if the law says so??
 
According to Websters dictionary...the definition of the act of murder or murdering is ''The crime of unlawfully killing a person especially with malice aforethought '' so from that we can gather that an official who has been given legal rights in law to take the life of a criminal as a punishment fro his crime could not be deemed to be a 'murderer'.
