He was never right in the head after a horrible car or was it motorcycle crash decades ago.....
do not see anything surprising in his current behavior other then if he was just a non celebrity people would not pay attention to this....

I think people would notice a man pulling his trousers down in a public place and appearing to do something he shouldn't be doing, regardless of whether he was famous or not..

yes........ but someone else would be shuffled along to a caretaker or home ....
while even if a D-list used to be celebrity makes news and photos posted ...... It is sad really that so many people feel the urge to watch someone whose life is becoming a spectacle.

California does not seem to have a statute like Ohio's Public Indecency law, but other charges would apply.

...Engaging in conduct that to an ordinary observer would appear to be sexual conduct or masturbation...

Don't get me wrong ..... I have never been a Busey fan but ..... He's not hurting anyone .... [it could be worse] and I seriously doubt it was a conscious decision . I have witnessed someone go through dementia it is not comical at all, this persons wife is now going throught it. And her family is at their wits end.

I hope he gets the help that he needs.

I loved Gary in the Buddy Holly biopic and lots of other parts back in the day, but if he's getting dementia he needs a caregiver. People, particularly children, shouldn't have to see this when they're just out for a walk.

Last night I was thinking about the new prevalence of showing this sort of thing in films and on TV. I started watching a series called, "The Village" on Tubi. At first, I thought it would be just my kind of thing, family saga starting about 1912, but in the very first episode we had to see a 12 year old boy peeping at a woman in her bath and then doing that very thing in a public field. I get the feeling, that because he's young, the writers think we'll find it adorable. I sure don't.

I liked Gary in ā€œSilver Bulletā€ with Cody Haim, who was another sad story. Something in Gary’s mind has gone off the tracks. He always was a bit unhinged, but I liked the guy, maybe because he was different.

Gary has never been known to be a member of Mensa, nor just say "NO" to drugs.

(I'm reminded of Mickey Mantle, the baseball legend. He was an alcoholic, and a mean drunk. He'd be scheduled appear in front of Boys Scouts, Little Leaguers, etc. He'd come out and you know what every other word was, and he'd proceed to tell how it was with his last prostitute. People were expecting a squeaky clean sports idol, and they got Mickey.)

is it possible that some of the burning ash from the cigar fell on his pants and maybe he's looking to see if he got burnt? cuz i don't see the cigar. jeez louise! u can't actually see what he's doing you can only guess. seems inappropriate to just assume.

Maybe he did a poo poo in his pants and he's shaking it out.

He's got to have an agent or publisist, wonder how they will spin it.
