I haven't been treadmilling lately so it's a big jump back for me. No breaks, but I'm walking slowly at a mid-grade incline. My hips are sore, but I want to keep at it and see if my body will, "suck it up."
Hey, Posse...
Sleep well.
Kaila, good luck tomorrow

@KailaI struggled to get myself to P.T. today, but it's always so worth while once there, that I'm very glad I did!
I feel very thankful for it.
I'm worn out but that's okay. Trying to focus on simple things, for the rest of today.
I made an appointment for myself at a new dentist. That will be truly exhausting for me! It's on Thursday, later this week.
Glad to hear the p.t. is benefiting you so much, Kaila! I hope hubby is doing well, too. And good morning, everyone! Let's fill those pages with good things today!

I had the same problem when using a treadmill many moons ago, but eventually noticed no pain after walking outside for the same length of time. I figured the aches came from the treadmill's forced pace. When walking naturally, we instinctively adjusted our pace to our body's comfort. It might help you to try alternating days, sometimes walk your neighborhood, sometimes use the treadmill. My hips are screaming today. I may need to ease up on the treadmill a bit. It's just that I love how quiet my mind is while walking.
sometimes walk your neighborhood
Snooker finished, so back into normal routine mode now! Youngest son finishes work just after midday today and will be coming here for a meal. As he's vegan I think we'll have a veggie pasta. Nice and easy to make... I don't really enjoy cooking!
Glad you found your PT worth while @Kaila even if it is hard work at the time. Also hope you @RadishRose are doing okay with your recovery. Talking of which, I must go and do the exercises for my shoulder and my hip. I don't do them as regularly as I should.![]()
You know you only have to give me a call and I'll be with you in the Carribean in the morning...Good morning K-posse! A beautiful day expected here, but I'll miss a lot of it. Today's agenda is filled with indoor business chores. I'll try to take a few breaks outside, possibly including a walk around the block.

@Kaila, good luck at the dentist.
@RadishRose, how goes the recovery?
Hope all have a wonderful day!
When are we taking that Caribbean or Hawaiian getaway?

....or maybe this-I do walk the dog several times a day and agree that that type of walking is much easier on my body. But I can only stay out for so long and it's easy to just keep walking (whether my body likes it or not) on the treadmill.
I'm thinking of trying the spin bike today instead to see if that is easier on my hips. I can just peddle slowly like I walk slowly on the treadmill.
Thank you for the comment and the good advice.![]()
In your dreams...@RadishRose
Please read that post carefully and closely. In the 2nd paragraph, I'm pretty sure that Pam insisted on doing your and my p.t. exercises for us.Aren't I right about that, RadishRose?
