Gentle posts for gentle folks

Good afternoon, Kaila .. I really love Star Song's suggestion! That beautiful sandy island looks like a great place for all of us to be, lying out in the sun, drinking fruit cocktails 😎

Hope you have a good day with your hubby 🤗
I'd also like one of those floaty things.:LOL:
Not sure if I prefer a flat one for dozing, as if on a water bed.... Or a giant floating giraffe.... to hold on to. :giggle::ROFLMAO:

Kaila what time is it where you are ?..I have no idea WHERE you are.... :unsure:
Hi, Holly. I'm North of Boston on the East coast of USA. Eastern time zone, so it's about 5 hours differing from yours.
It's early evening here, now, while it's past midnight at yours.
In other words, I'm in the northeast corner of USA. Cold, long winters, not awfully far from Canada.

Good Morning Kaila and everyone.
It's cold and snowy here in Maryland. Hoping it's a bit warmer for others and that you are feeling well today, @Kaila 🤗 :coffee: 🌻
Cold and snowy in Maryland,?:unsure:
and Not a flake of snow, in New England??? :unsure: o_O:rolleyes:

Ah well..... very cold breeze here,I can see and hear it from indoors. :eek::giggle:

Very nice to see all the friendly and caring posts here, from each one of you, today!
:giggle::):cool:☺️🥰

How the heck did New England escape this?

@Kaila , do you practice PT everyday?
I hope it's getting easier for you and you're feeling some results.
You're always on my mind, 🤗
Thank you for thinking of me, RR!
(and others of you as well!)

I am doing some or all of the p.t. every day, but it hasn't gotten easier, because.....
Adding the exercises to my other daily actions, movements, and things-to-do list, here now that I am home;
makes the total energy and stamina and strength used.....
too much for me.o_O:confused::oops::rolleyes:

I'm having to consider everything I do now, and try to figure it out, and adjust, which is a work in progress.:unsure:
Right now I am trying not to slide backwards from overdo.
I dont want to do that!

Now that I just wrote that here, I remember that the O.T. at rehab warned me against overdoing, and a dr told me, to take rests.
So there is that balance, which I am yet to find.

Last night, though, I got better sleep than the previous 2 nights,
so that has helped me very much, with coping and with doing things, today.

How the heck did New England escape this?
I have been wondering that same thing, and I am very consternated by it! :unsure: o_O
☺️😀:giggle:

We got a few snowflakes falling at mid-day today, but then cleared up with zero accumulation.

Very strong and cold wind gusts though!

It was common for us to get frequent snowstorms of over a foot of snow each time, starting in November;
the past couple of years have been less than that,
but never before, as little as this year!

Seems extra odd, with places like Maryland, significantly south of here, getting snow when we don't have any.
Let me know if you, or if any of you,
figure out why.:geek::LOL::ROFLMAO::giggle:😁☺️
