I'm feeling down, today. So hadn't come to SF. Tried to get something done and just was not my day I guess.

Cooked a little salmon. Will be going to bed early, tonight, and hoping for some healing, comforting sleep.

Thank you, Pinky. I'm still struggling seriously but I value your encouragement!!!!! I seem to be fighting depression now. Overdone from trying to resume what has needed to be done at home.

And I'm glad you also reminded me back, that I have leftover salmon in the fridge for today, and have restocked the freezer with it, as well. It's healthy comfort food.

Well okay, I can understand Nurse Jules advising, from a location far away where my weather outdoors might be unknown;

However, Assistant nurse Radish!
You know that I'm in your section of the northeast USA, and that I'm several hours north of you,
And it's very cold out there!


I'm now able to report that I got out, and it's cold!

But yes, it's sunny and bright, and it did feel pretty good ;
And I feel proud of myself for doing it and for following 2 nurses advice.
