I don't think I've seen any cute quails. I can't remember any, even in travels years ago.
Yes, it would always be special to see cardinals. I saw a lovely female cardinal today, too. How do they stay so clean while living out there, I often wonder. All of our wild birds seem to. Mallard ducks included, not that I've seen any of those, during the winter here!

They were common pigeons. There once were so many .. then, fewer .. then, none. I believe there was a recent "birth-control" program in place, to keep their numbers down. They made a mess that we had to constantly clean up - but, I miss them.

I hope you get a good sleep tonight. I'm going to go read in bed 🛌

That does look like a pleasant enough spot for me to set a cushion on one of those rocks, and put my toes into that gentle water, even though the water is chilly due to being near those spectacular mountains in view.

Good Morning, Kaila! I know you are going to overcome the limitations you are experiencing right now. Besides you have a lot of friends here pulling for and praying for you to do so. I hope you have a beautiful day........even though it is snowing. I woke up to the snowplow this morning.

I'm very thankful to see these posts, this afternoon.
@Medusa and @StarSong
@RadishRose and @hearlady

It was a busy, and challenging day for me. I started out with anxiety, but I managed the day, alright.

Very encouraging to see @Jackie23 and @Pam stopped by to add such nice posts, as well as my other friends here on this thread.

Very gentle snowfall overnight and this morning, with the wild birds in addition. Very pretty scene here, overall.

Absolutely no one, thanks for asking, RR.:oops::rolleyes:
Which means that most of them are going undone.:confused:
I just cannot stretch myself, nor my dear dh, to do any more than focus on the very most crucial issues, regarding our health and recoveries, mostly. And necessary bill-paying and such.

Very little of the housework is getting done; we're just trying to have clean dishes, and healthy food, and the fewest needed of clean clothing, so far.
Sheesh, it would all be out-of-pocket 100% cost, to have any housework help. They just don't offer that, otherwise, here.
The one person who had originally promised to help us out a lot, has not wanted to follow through on that, at all.

I'm just focusing on what is absolutely necessary for now, and on trying to maintain my improvements, and to get stronger, as much as I possibly can. Then, I'll go from there.
