Good Morning, Kaila and Friends. 
Looks like it's going to be a bit warmer here (as compared to last several days), for the next week or so and I don't know how I feel about it. I was complaining about the cold, but I'd also kind of accepted it.

Speaking of salmon, I just remembered I have some in the freezer, too... have to remember to make that this week! I hope everyone's doing great today and enjoying Sunday!

.... We were both totally worn out, after that. Quick snacks and went to bed, this afternoon.
It was perfect outdoors, this morning. Cool, crisp, and refreshing. Clear blue sky.
Cardinals and other wild birds at the feeder, including an adorable, perky wren.
Delicious salmon which was on sale.

Since it was as nice there as it was here, you did well to get outside, KailaHello every one of you.
I was a little bit better today, and both of us were able to go out in the yard next to our window.

I will remember that hour we spent outdoors, today, for a long time.
Dh and me.
Of course neither of us can do what we used to do, or what we'd like to do, in the ways we'd like to do it......
But we were both out there, helping each other. To be there.

Good Morning, Kaila & Friends! Not much to tell you except the sun is shining and it is Monday morning.

I'm still worn out from yesterday, but we're Okay.
Taking things slowly, though it seems like there's a lot of small things to get done, today here.
It looks still and quiet out the window, today. Haven't even seen birds at the feeder, which is very rare recently.
Ah thankfully, just as I finished that sentence, 4 goldfinches arrived.
They're not gold now. They have their winter drab jackets on, but I recognize them.

Good Afternoon, Kaila and Friends.
It's a nice afternoon here. It was pretty outside for the morning walk and Lucius was a good boy.
We are doing Dia de los Muertos a day late because of husband's schedule. I'm sharing stories with younger son and have left a Whatsapp audio for older son, a quick story about his grandma from when he was little. I'll probably do that a few more times today, with stories about the grand parents and our former Boxer, Howie. Older son and I raised him together so remembering him is especially bonding and poignant for us.
@Kaila, nice to hear you were feeling better yesterday, got some rest
and enjoyed some really nice time with husband, outside.
I haven't seen our Goldfinches in a while. Maybe because they've changed and are not as flashy.
