doubt that it's stupidity, more likely arrogance and narcissism , probably believed that those whose names and ugly deeds she's custodian of, ..for now... , would be her protectors.
 

Ghislaine had her bail hearing yesterday. I was told that she offered to put up $5 million to get bail. The judge decided that she was a definite flight risk and denied bail.

Many of her followers thought she was using the $5 million to get bail and then had a plan to go to Paris. She would probably have been protected from extradition there. Or, at least, it was likely that the French may not have returned her.

The prosecution , when asking for denial of Bail, said that there were many ''friends'' of Maxwells' who would not miss the £5 million if she indeed took flight, she also asked if she could have house arrest at a luxury hotel ( you gotta laugh really haven't you)? and therefore Bail was rightly denied..

the case is not expected to come to court now until 12 months hence.. July 2021

But, here’s the real issue, Holly and anyone else that is interested in this case. There is a fear she may not be around to make trial. Supposedly, she has copies of all her records that she has either hidden or given them to someone. In those records are names, some are big names by her account, so keeping her alive is going to be essential. She has made the statement that she is willing to give names for a reduced sentence. I am sure that if all of this is true, she has many enemies that wouldn’t mind seeing her disappear.

There are several people who believe that Epstein never committed suicide.

I don't know that she did offer to give names because she is reported to have stated that she knew 'nothing' that she hadn't been in contact with Epstein for 10 years before his death. I believe she won't talk... I think she knows only too well that her life would be in grave danger if she did, so she's likely to just use the ''see no evil, hear no eveil, speak no eveil, defence when she gets to court IMO..and take whatever punishement is coming her way..if any.. remembering of course those same biionaire friends will have a lot of sway and influence in proceedings, of that I have little doubt..

I respectfully disagree. Having known ties to Prince Andrew and the Duke of York, I am sure that many other names could be brought forth. She has to know that the longer she stays in prison, the more chance she has of being killed. People in her position are more likely to do whatever is asked of them, if it means getting early released so she can go hide. As of now, only a few people know where she is being held and her location, whether it be in a cell, hotel or whatever, is changed often.

Keep in mind that if Monica Lewinsky hadn’t kept and hid the dress with Bill Clinton’s “stains” on it, she would have probably also gone missing. These types of cases really interest me. The cunning, planning and slyness are really something that can be very unpredictable.


Maxwell and Epstein were named in lawsuits that required their attendance. I know of one that was settled out of court. Supposedly, she is married, but to who? A lot of questions, yet so few answers.

Holly, I have a question after more thinking about this. Do you refer to him as Prince so and so, or Duke so and so?

It depends a bit on circumstances, context and personal preference.
The Duke of Edinburgh is not a British Prince (he is Greek and Danish) so it is only a courtesy title in the UK.
Being Welsh I would never call Charles Prince of Wales as he is a usurper installed by the English, so I call him Prince Charles.

It is a convention to call them by their most senior title, so Philip is Duke, Charles is Prince. In strict order of precedence Philip is below Charles, and even below Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis!

Like I said, it's complicated! We have a whole College of Heralds devoted to this sort of thing!

We use both Equally. He is born rightly as titled Prince Andrew, born to the Monarch... but since his marriage when he was bestowed the title Duke so his wife Sarah could be titled Duchess.. we use that just as often... (y) ..we also use names that couldn't be repeated on here for him too... :LOL:
 
OK folks, now that you've all duked that out, let's get back on track with this babe, who deserves to be prosecuted until she's blue in the face.
