Sometimes, I remember old flames, high school girlfriends, and lovers of the past.
A week or so ago, I thought about a girl I dated for a couple months in high school. She lived 45 miles east of me, and I was fixing to move 70 miles in the other direction.
Tried the long distance thing for a little bit, but we called it quits, and I assume no hard feelings.
Yesterday, I had a friend request from her on FB.
I haven't seen this girl in almost 50 years, but it was really nice to know she was still around and still remembered me.
Anybody here suddenly remember an old flame, or hear from them?
