Welcome from me in Toronto, Canada. When I read " Wet and windy Edinburgh " I thought...What else could it be ? My Wife's sister lives in Motherwell. Both of them were born in The Bahamas. I am in New Jersey. It is clear, blue skies with puffy clouds. Weather is cooler but nice and welcomed.

Welcome. I'm in British Columbia, Canada. The "atmospheric river" flowing over us dropped tremendous rain in the westernmost portion of our province. Broke records for that calendar day in Victoria (our provincial capital)... and Vancouver (our largest city) received 240 millimeters, nearly 10 inches of rain, also record-breaking.
