I'm thinking about getting a food mandoline (slicer); I want to try making oven-baked potato chips. This is probably the only thing I would use it for (I've got a small cheese slicer that works great for cheese but wouldn't for potatoes), so I don't want to get an electric one unless those are the only good ones. Any advice?
