I seem to be spending more time snoozing in my chair than I do in bed lately, but I'm always glad to get my head on my pillow and my tired old hulk under the duvet.

I'll just finish the last few sips of my nightcap, then I'll be off to dreamland.

Do have a restful sleep, do have a wonderful dream.... perhaps about ice cream... and me pinching it. 😊

He's out there again, my mate, Mr Sun, making everything brighter and warmer. 😊

I was down at my shed earlier where I grabbed a big plastic bag full of rubbish that needs to be thrown out, the bag burst at the bottom, and lo and behold, the garden trowel that's been missing for weeks dropped on the floor. I've looked high and low for that beggar. 😊

Ohhhhh, I needed that, a big mug of hot tea.... go on, get your brekkie down you, I'm thinking up some new exercises for you. 😊
