I've just been doing my exercises, and a new, wonderful piece of music was born in my head.
Oh yeh, so soothing yet vibrant, so just right for the moment, but what title should I give it.
Then, my eyes lit up with the realization that others too could enjoy, the ' Creaky Bones Rhapsody'. 😊

Somewhere in the night the water and heating in my building decided not to function I don't know what lies ahead for me today.
The whole building is in silence mode but we do still have power in apartments.
Fortunately I have some bottled water and I always keep a bucket half full hidden in the bathroom for the toilet so I am off back to bed as it is now quite cold in apartment.
