Just had some conflakes, half a punnet of Vickies and I'm swilling it all down with a huge mug of tea.
Oh look, Mr Sun is trying to dazzle me through the chinks in my curtains.
I'm off for a meander round the garden, where I'll say hello to all the wildlife and I'll sprinkle some scraps for then to nibble on.
