Good morning Breakfast Club, Hope everybody's doing fine and the aches and pains are reduced like mine are still cold out here about 24 It's supposed to get about mid 40s today. I have zero plans for the day primarily just R and R rest and relax,

Hey gang I've been doing a lot of that R and R today going from couch to bed and snacking It's sunny in 55 degrees here so real nice out. I have been real shaky and nervous today for some reason don't know why Have a good rest of the day Catch you later
