Good morning, and it really is a good morning.
The aches and pains are not so bad today, I might try tap-dancing down to Lidls or doing one arm hand-stand hopping around the garden.
If the sun is shining where you are then revel in it, if it isn't, then a cup of tea might help.... gizza smile, go on, just a little one.
