I've had a restless night, I couldn't sleep for some reason, and the lovely Rita Heyworth has stopped visiting in my dreams, so, I'm up early, feeding my face, popping the odd pimple or two, and drinking gallons of hot tea.

I'll likely saunter around the garden before it gets too hot, pull a few weeds and say hello to the wildlife.
