Our gardeners are here on Wednesday mornings. They are a husband and wife team of senior age, semi-retired in that they let their eldest run the business now, they just cherry pick the gardens, and subsequent friends that they made over the years. Garden appearance can enhance a property and help with a sale, so we need them even more right now.

Once the gardeners have left we need to go out on a few errands after which it will be coffee and cake in her favourite watering hole. The place has an endless choice of cakes, all with a gluten-free option, how can you not indulge?

later still, we need to call on some friends who were at last night's dance, my wife promised to alter a dress of the lady, to make sure of the refit size a fitting will be needed.

My turn to cook again this evening, Mushroom Stroganof, it's a favourite of my lady. No doubt my wife will be in her cabin later, working on that dress alteration.

I hope that you have all had a good nights kip, and feel happy and fit as a flea, 'cause I've entered all of your names for the hopping marathon, and as usual, I will be a spectator while swigging lashings of tea. 😊

I'm sensing lots and lots of smiles being born, so do have a happy day. 😊
