Good morning everyone. 
I was up and about before Mr Sun today, and he's showing his irritation by dazzling me as I sit with my tea and toast, so I'm closing the curtains again.
Do any of you fine people find yourselves saying the wrong thing at the wrong time?
Yesterday, the lovely lady across the road banged her toe on the leg of a chair, and being the refined lady that she is, she never came out with the words that I would have used.
I heard myself saying, "Did that hurt", then, "It could have been worse, it could have been my toe?"
I never got my cup of tea.

An Energy Performance Certificate ( EPC ) tells you how energy efficient a property is. UK law requires that you must have an EPC when you're: selling or renting out a property. The EPC rates how energy efficient your building is using grades from A to G (with 'A' the most efficient grade).
Our EPC (grade A) came through this morning and within the hour the agent was on the phone to book not one, but two appointments for viewing. They added that much interest has been shown. Apparently internet viewing is a way of assertaining interest. I tell you, technology goes right over my head. Not that I am about to argue when prospective buyers are queing up within an hour of the property going online and on he market!
