Where has October gone, it was only like yesterday I was saying, "White Rabbit", I must have blinked. 
I hope I find you all in good health, good spirits and ready to brighten the world with a big smile.
I have a grocery delivery at 10.30am, so I've cleared everything out of the way so that the bloke can bring all my stuff right into my kitchen, then, all I will need to do is put it all in the fridge and cupboards.
Have a super day mis amigos, I'm going to wear my Horatio Hornblower hat when my food delivery arrives... well, it gives the neighbours something to chat about.

There are meds (OTC) called Leg Cramps that I use. Work like a charm. Hylands puts them out. They work something like nitroglycerine tabs for angina attacks do. A couple under the tongue and the cramps are gone.Hope that extra rest gets rid of your leg pain, if not maybe take an Advil.

I wonder if that is sold north of the border? I will have to look around. As I sometimes suffer from leg cramps as well.

Look up Hyland medications, and you can probably find out from there where it is available. Or ask your pharmacist, I'm sure he'd know.
