Good morning and Happy Friday, everyone!
Good morning all. 
Well, I tossed and turned last night, I just couldn't get comfortable, so, at 6.00am I'd had enough.
I got up, joints all creaking and groaning, then had a talk to Rita as she carried me down the stairs, I told her that her remote control needed another battery.
Then, into the kitchen where magic always happens. I made a big pot of tea and filled a bowl with cornflakes.
I'm feeling quite good now.
I hope you all are feeling good and happy and, and, and, and..... gizza smile.

. I hope you can get some comfortable rest today.I've got lots of cushions on my recliner chair and I intend watching all my recordings on TV.

Unfortunately, Tim, I have to go out shortly to a doctor's appointment and then have a Cat Scan. Not looking forward to stepping out into our zero degree temperatures. I'll hit the pillows as soon as I get home.Poor you, Lois
