Good morning all.
I've been outside, filled the little bowls for all the birds, and that cheeky blackbird just sort of stood there, wingtips pushing into his hips, with a disgusted look on his face, as if saying, "Is that all, Timmo, I'm not on a diet you know?"
If you are doing any of those mundane hobbies like absailing down 300ft cliffs, or perhaps a bit of wing walking on Jumbo jets, then don't forget to put on some warm clothes..... and be happy, go on, I know you want to, gizza a great big smile.

As this week draws to an end, let us pray that what awaits us over the weekend and beyond, the news will be much better for one and all.
