I love that she made it a mission to get the guy caught. One less scammers and no tears were shed.

I'm glad they got this guy, and Grandma became a hero. But wasn't she taking an awful chance? What if he opened the envelope and saw that it contained only paper towels? And he could have easily had a gun. She left herself very vulnerable.
