My son just told me about this passing today. I always liked this actor. He played Sgt. Amengual on Barney Miller and Julio on Sanford & Son as well as guesting on many other shows. He shared a birthdate with one of my grandson's and my birth mother...January 25th. He passed away Jan 4, 2021. May he
Rest in Paradise.
