I have no idea what that is, but it's got to be the funniest food name that exists. I'd love to go into an American restaurant and order that, and see the look on their faces.

I saw it prepared on "Two Fat Ladies" years ago. It is fried like an omelet and usually contains meal leftovers with meat and cabbage. The name derives from the noise it makes while cooking. You can Google it for more details.

Another British favorite side dish that is pretty universal now.
